KDS Approved by Texas Education Agency to Offer Twenty Two Online Professional Development Courses for Texas Educators to Earn CPE's
NEW YORK, November 6, 2007 — Knowledge Delivery Systems (KDS), an innovative provider of online professional development courses for K-12 educators, announced today that the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has approved KDS to offer twenty two online professional development courses for teachers to earn Continuing Professional Education credits (CPEs) towards their state license recertification.
Each 15-hour course will provide teachers with 15 CPEs, and cost only $149. KDS's online video-based courses are given by some of the nation's most prominent educators such as Carol Ann Tomlinson, Jay McTighe and Susan Winebrenner. Approved courses include such relevant topics as Differentiated Instruction, Students with Learning Disabilities, Anger Management & Effective Discipline to Prevent Violence and Teaching Diverse Learners.
