KDS recommends that you have high speed internet access (example: DSL, ISDN, or T1). Please note that if you do have high speed internet access, but yet have many users on the internet simultaneously, then your internet connection will slow down per user, affecting the media playback within the KDS Classroom.

Also please make sure that your screen resolution is set to 1024x768 or higher for optimized viewing of the KDS Classroom.

Firewall Settings:

To help ensure compatability with our customers' computer networks, we enable streaming over port 80. If you experience any difficulty viewing our courses, please contact KDS support.
