Launch Internet Explorer to adjust cookie settings: 1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu, Click the Privacy tab 2. Click Advanced button 3. Enable Override automatic cookie handling, Always allow session cookies, Accept First-party Cookies. 4. Click OK, then Apply and OK again to close the Internet Options window 5. Return to the previous page 6. Click Refresh to re-load the KDSI home page
You can also solve this problem on your end by clearing your cache. This is done by going to your internet browser window, select tools, then internet options. A screen will come up which will show Temporary Internet Files, and give you the option to Delete Files. Select Delete Files, which will get rid of unnecessary temporary files in your cache which is causing this problem.
