Feature Guide for Administrators

When you log into the eClassroom, you will see a button titled "Admin Console" at the top right hand corner of the screen. This indicates that you have access to administrative tools for tracking teacher participation and performance in KDS courses. This button is not included in the regular eClassroom that teachers access.

When you click on the "Admin Console" button, you'll see the menu of what is available in the console. You'll want to access the Reports Section.

The first report you will see listed is the "Topic Status by User" report. You will see the following information in this report: number of topics started, number of topics completed, date of last topic completed, date of first login, and date of last login. In addition, you'll see overall summary information for the school or district, including number of teachers who have started and/or completedat least one topic and the total number of topics started and completed, as well as the average topic starts and completions per teacher.

You can view details of each individual teacher's work. Each topic a teacher has started is included in this report, with accompanying details including a completion percent status for each step in a topic

You are also able to view additional details on teacher performance, including answers to pre- and post-assessment questions and any notes a teacher has taken during the video lectures.

The User Utilization Report, which lets you see the frequency with which teachers have accessed topics. You'll see, by teacher, the number of log-ins to the eClassroom, broken down into day buckets: today, last 7 days, last 30 days, 31-60 days and 60+ days.
