KDS provides online programs for Graduate Credit and Professional Development to educators across the country.

Each course earns teachers 1-3 Graduate Credits from Immaculata University, accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on Higher Education.

Ask your district for opportunities to apply these credits towards advancement on the salary scale, to meet your MA/BA +15, +30, +45, +54, +60 or to meet your License Recertification or Continuing Education needs. Or use the credits towards your education degree (ex. Master’s of Education, Elective courses).

Cost: New Year Special: $200/course (original price $250) through January 31 for 1 Graduate Credit
$549/course (original price $599) through January 31 for 3 Graduate Credits

STEPS TO COMPLETE THE COURSEWORK

STEP 1: Request prior approval from your school for the courses to ensure acceptability in your district

STEP 2: Choose the course(s) you want to take and click "PURCHASE"

STEP 3: As soon as you have successfully paid for the course, you will receive an email with your login information

STEP 4: Once you log in to the classroom, you will have to complete a series of 8 video lectures (1 Grad Credit) or 20 video lectures (3 Grad Credits) along with corresponding pre- and post-assessments, and a classroom-based project. (Self-paced course access over a 2-month period.)

STEP 5: Once you have completed the course, print out all certificates of completion for each topic (you may also choose to print these as you complete them).

In order to receive Immaculata graduate credit you must submit the required paperwork in the same semester as the course is offered.
