KDS is Approved by the Washington State Board of Education to Offer Twenty Two Online Professional Development Courses to Washington State Educators to Earn Clock-Hours and Salary Advancement Units

NEW YORK, November 5, 2007 — Knowledge Delivery Systems (KDS), an innovative provider of online professional development courses for K-12 educators, announced today that the Washington State Board of Education has approved KDS to offer twenty two online professional development courses for teachers to earn Clock Hours towards their state license recertification. Washington teachers can also take KDS online courses to earn graduate credits towards salary advancement.

Each 15-hour course will provide teachers with 15 Clock Hours towards license recertification or graduate credits towards their salary advancement from accredited university partners. Clock Hour courses cost only $149 each, and include all course materials. Approved courses include such relevant topics as Differentiated Instruction, Students with Learning Disabilities, Anger Management & Effective Discipline to Prevent Violence and Teaching Diverse Learners.
