Our courses in this subject area demonstrate paradigms of effective teachers and inspiring classrooms through the lens of instructional leadership, both formal and informal. Educators learn to motivate colleagues, to model leadership attributes, and to conduct professional conversations that improve teaching and learning through mentorship. Educators also learn strategies for planning curriculum and school improvement initiatives that raise student achievement and elevate staff and student motivation to excel.
