Program of Study (36 Credits)
The MAEd provides K-12 teachers interested in Montessori teaching the ability to enter a graduate program that focuses on innovative approaches to meeting the instructional needs of all learners. All of Argosy's classes maintain a high level of rigor embedded in the exciting curriculum and assignments. The coursework was developed to enable individual students to learn information, new techniques, procedures, and methods and immediately implement them in their classrooms.
Montessori studies is the fastest-growing reform in education today. Students will learn about the philosophy and psychology of the Montessori way of fostering successful student learning as developed by Dr. Montessori.
Students will be assigned an advisor once they register to help them through the process.
