KDS recommends that you have high speed internet access (example... DSL, ISDN, or T1). Please note that if you do have high speed interenet access, but yet have many users on the internet simutaneously, then your internet connection will slow down per user, affecting the media playback within the KDS Classroom.
Also please make sure that you screen resolution is set to 1024x768 or higher for optimized viewing of KDS Classroom.
